These terms
By using Startup Network, you agree to these terms. Startup Network is run by Archaeo Agency LLC. Startup Network Pakistan is an independent, privately run platform.
Your account
- Use your real name and an email address you can read. One person per account.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You’re responsible for what is done with your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Listings
List only a startup, job or event you run or are allowed to list, and keep its details true and up to date. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live (see How we verify). We may ask for changes, move shops, agencies and other service businesses to Services & SMEs, or remove listings that break the rules.
These aren’t allowed:
- gambling, betting or satta; adult or escort services; paid dating;
- MLM or pyramid schemes, guaranteed returns, get-rich-quick offers, unlicensed crypto investing or trading signals;
- selling followers, likes or reviews; hacking; fake documents or degrees; essays written for cheating;
- weapons, drugs or anything else illegal in Pakistan;
- pretending to be another company or person; spam.
Badges and paid placements
The Verified badge is given only after our checks and is never for sale. Paid placements always carry a label, and companies run by the people behind this site are labelled too.
What you post
You keep the rights to what you post. You allow us to show it on the site and to share it in our emails and social media posts about the network. The public details of startup listings (such as the name, category, city and website) may be included in the directory data we publish for anyone to reuse.
Messages and behaviour
Don’t send spam, harass anyone, run scams or collect members’ details for other uses. We review messages and listings that are reported to us and may remove them.
Payments
Prices are in Pakistani rupees. A paid service starts once the payment is confirmed. Memberships don’t renew by themselves. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
No guarantees
We connect people; we don’t promise investment, hires, customers or any other result. Listings are written by their owners: we check them, but we can’t guarantee every detail, so check for yourself before you invest, pay or sign anything.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using the site or from dealings between members, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
